Give new hires the right access on day one
New hires should start working, not waiting. Adcyma provisions accounts and access from your HR data to Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory before day one.
What onboarding looks like today
In most organisations, a new hire's access is assembled by hand: a ticket for the account, another for the mailbox, group memberships copied from a colleague who happened to be nearby in the org chart.
Copying a colleague copies their history too, including access they got for reasons that do not apply to the new person. And the manual chain means the first days are spent chasing IT instead of working.
- Access arrives days or weeks after the person does
- Copied from a colleague means inherited access nobody chose
- Every onboarding is a stack of tickets for IT
- Nobody can say afterwards why the new hire has what they have
The short version
How Adcyma solves this
A start date in your HR data becomes a complete, correct account, defined by role instead of copied from a colleague.
Provisioning from HR data
Directory account, mailbox, groups, and licenses are created automatically and ready on day one.
See lifecycle managementRole-based access
Access templates define what a position needs. New hires get exactly that, instead of a colleague's history.
See the platformBoth directories covered
Works across Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory, so day-one access covers everything, not just the cloud.
How hybrid support worksHow you get there
Connect your directories
Connect Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory.
Bring in the people data
Start dates, roles, and departments come from your HR system, or are managed directly in the Adcyma portal.
Build role templates
Define what each position needs, based on the patterns you already have.
Hire someone
The start date creates the account, mailbox, groups, and licenses before day one.
What changes
Common questions
Where does the employee data come from?
From your HR system or wherever your people data lives. Adcyma reads start dates, roles, and departments and turns them into accounts and access. You can also manage people directly in the Adcyma portal, without connecting an HR system.
What if someone needs more than their role template?
They request it. Self-service requests with manager approval handle the exceptions, and everything granted that way is visible and reviewable.
Does this replace our ticket flow for onboarding?
For the standard parts, yes. The account, mailbox, groups, and licenses happen automatically. Tickets are left for the genuinely unusual.
How is this better than the PowerShell scripts we already have?
Scripts run until the person who wrote them leaves. Adcyma gives you the same automation with an interface your whole team can see, change, and audit.
