What will happen if we exceed the amount of users included in our plan?
We want to make scaling easy for you. With annual plans, you get a 10% user buffer - so if you're on the 50-100 plan, you can actually go up to 110 users without extra charges until your next billing cycle.
If you grow beyond that buffer, we'll just bump you to the next tier and adjust your billing the following month. No surprise charges or interruptions.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime. We'll stop charging you when your current billing period ends, but the service will stop working then too. No surprise charges or fees.
"How do you count 'users'?
We only count users whose identities are managed through Adcyma. So if your company has 3,000 employees but you only manage 300 of their identities with our platform, you're only charged for those 300.
